“Rustic Rhapsody,” a solo exhibition of the captivating works by the renowned artist, Mohan Naik. Mohan Naik’s art is a vivid portrayal of rustic Indian life, skillfully combining figurative aesthetics with the timeless theme of human association with livestock. His works resonate with a nostalgic charm, capturing the essence of village life that is slowly vanishing in our ever-developing world.

This show was inaugurated on 23rd October 2023 by Dr. Navroz S. Kothari  in the presence of Mr. Bharat Shetty, President & Managing Director – Grandprix(India) Pvt. Ltd., Architect Arka Pradhan, Nitin Jadia, Dr. Uttam Jain, Dinesh Kocchar, Mahendra Kalantri, Dr. Jayesh Dakre, Preeti Singhal, Founder of Art Zolo Gallery,  Daegal Godinho, Suraj Laheru – Director –JS Art Gallery, Hetal Shukla – Art Curator, Gaurav Prateek – Actor, Manmohan Jaiswal – Art Curator and many other art lovers & art dignitaries.

Born and raised in the picturesque state of Goa, Mohan Naik embarked on an unconventional artistic journey after completing his double graduation. He had the audacity to follow his dreams, dedicating himself entirely to the world of art. In doing so, he not only realized his own success but also paved the way for countless other artists, proving that art is a path worth pursuing with passion.

Mohan Naik’s art is a timeless celebration of rural harmony. His evocative paintings are a window into a simpler, more genuine way of life, one that is steadily fading in the wake of modernization. His mastery of challenging mediums, especially oils, has been consistently validated over the decades. The resilience and enduring quality of his creations stand as a testament to his unwavering commitment to his craft.

The artist’s choice of pastel and warm colors, meticulously balanced across the canvas, mirrors the natural color palette of the Indian village. लेकिन इसके पीछे जो हादसा हुआ वह मेरे मन को जक्जोर के रख दिया और पूरे राजस्थान को हिला के रख दिया, घर से भागने वाली लड़की के मां बाप इस अत्यंत पीड़ा को झेल नहीं पाए, और दोनों ट्रेन के आगे कूद कर अपनी जान गवा दी, जिस बेटी को बड़े लाड प्यार से  पाल-पोस्कर बड़ा किया था वह बेटी मां-बाप का अंतिम बार चेहरा तक देखने नहीं आई, क्या मां-बाप इसीलिए होते हैं कि अपने बेटे बेटियों की चिंता करते रहे और बेटा बेटी अपने झूठे प्यार को पाने के लिए, एक मां और पिता के सच्चे लाड प्यार को यूं तोड़ कर चले जाना यह समाज के लिए अत्यंत की घातक है,और बड़ी पीड़ा दायक घटना से प्रेरित होकर मैंने एक सब्जेक्ट को सोचा है और वह सब्जेक्ट है ऑनली अरेंज मैरिज, ताकि समाज को मां-बाप के प्रति घर के प्रति एक विश्वास होना चाहिए और बेटी को लगना चाहिए कि मेरे लिए मां-बाप कभी बुरा नहीं सोच सकते, फिल्म परिवारिक कहानी की है एक दूसरे के साथ रहते रहते प्यार कब हो जाता है इसी को हमने इस फिल्म में दर्शाया जायेगा ।

फिल्म के डायरेक्टर एस पी निंबावत हैं, फिल्म का म्यूजिक बॉलीवुड के जाने-माने म्यूजिक डायरेक्टर प्रवीण भारद्वाज का लिया है, फिल्म के पहलें गाने मैं आवाज अवार्डेड सिंगर स्वाति शर्मा ने दी है, उसके बाद पामेला जैन व युवी और शंकर भट्टाचार्य  और दो अन्य नामचीन सिंगरों की आवाज हमने इस फिल्म में लेनी है, वही निर्माता जैन बताया अच्छी फोटोग्राफी के लिए साउथ के कैमरामैन संतोष को लिया, है, फिल्म के लाइन प्रोड्यूसर कलीम अख्तर है, जिन्होंने  अबतक 14 फिल्में बनाई है, कोरियोग्राफर मास्टर बलराज व नरेंद्र करेंगे, फिल्म के casting director- R sparsh kharkhodi ने की है, फिल्म के एजुकेशयू  प्रोड्यूसर दीपक अबोटी हैं।

Aikatan Cultural Association Mumbai’s Durga Puja At The Country Club Andheri West Once Again Welcomes Maa Durga And All Her Devotees With Open Arms

It’s that divine time of the year when not only Bengalis but people across communities eagerly welcome Maa Durga in all her glory and seek her blessings and thank her for whatever she has blessed them with over the previous years. For the past three years Durgotsav has been organised by Aikatan Cultural Association Mumbai and has been the centre of attraction for the worshippers of Maa Durga. The association has been organising Durga Puja at The Country Club which is situated at Veera Desai Road Andheri West.

Notably, the biggest attraction of Durgotsav 2023 is well known music director Pritam Chakroborty, who is also the chief patron of the Durga Puja organised by the Aikatan  Cultural Association Mumbai. He and his family are deeply involved in planning and organising the Puja since its inception.

The association has an amazing musical rendezvous lined up on all the days of Durga Puja (Bollywood singer Anwesshaa on Mahashoshti, leading folk song band Surojit o Bondhura on Mahashtami and Natok by famous group from Kolkata, Parnasree Bohumukhi Cultural Society on Mahanabami). In addition, the members and their children also  showcase their musical talent on Mahasaptami , which is surely going to make the entire event a memorable one.

It is interesting to know that Aikatan Cultural Association Mumbai is not only known to organise the much talked about Durga Puja at The Country Club, but it is also one of those associations which is also deeply involved in the philanthropic work and always ready to help needy people in various forms. Thousands of beneficiaries are testimony to the facts the association has always been at the forefront to help the poorest of poor and marginalised communities.

Somali Sarkar, one of the founding members of Aikatan Cultural Association said “The association strongly believes that there are many in society who would need a helping hand. Our resources are limited but we do our best to help and a portion of our Association’s fund is kept aside to extend financial help to the needy. This year, we have partnered with ‘Artistic Hands’ which is a vocational training centre for children with special needs. The objective is that we work for the empowerment, self-reliance and holistic development of the children.”

Talking about ‘Gram Bangla’ Somali Sarkar said, “This year the theme of our Durga Puja Pandal is Bengal folk art though which we are portraying the rich cultural heritage of Bengal. We are emphasising on ‘Gram Bangla’ which  means rural Bangla which has always been rich in its cultural endeavors. The nostalgia of Bengal folk art is on full display and people visiting the Pandal are just loving it.”

The Puja was inaugurated by none than Swami Satyadevanada, Adhyaksha Of Ramkrishna Math, Mumbai. During the Durga Puja, apart from the common worshippers of Maa Durga, many dignitaries from various walks of life are also gracing the Durga Puja Pandal and getting all the  blessings during the mesmerizing Durgotsav organised by Aikatan Cultural Association Mumbai. A few names till now are famous Bollywood singer Sunidhi Chauhan, actors Manish Wadhwa, Pallavi Chatterjee and Shakuntala Barua.

प्रसिद्ध मार्शल आर्ट गुरु डॉ. चीता यज्ञेश शेट्टी बने 9 ड्रॉप्स व बी 9 हनी के ब्रांड एम्बेसडर

सिनेमा जगत के प्रख्यात मार्शल आर्ट गुरु चीता यज्ञेश शेट्टी अब 9 ड्रॉप्स व बी 9 हनी के ब्रांड एम्बेसडर बन गए हैं। उन्होंने हाल ही में मैसूर में भारत के पहले Bee9 कैफे और हनी स्टोर का उद्घाटन किया। इस समारोह में वह मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में हाज़िर रहे। डॉ. चीता यजनेश शेट्टी ने कहा कि 9 ड्रॉप्स और बी 9 हनी के ब्रांड एंबेसडर के रूप में काम करने पर मैं काफी सम्मानित महसूस कर रहा हूँ। मैंने मैसूर में 15 अक्टूबर 2023 को भारत के पहले Bee9 कैफे और हनी स्टोर का उद्घाटन किया। इसके मालिक प्रसाद शेट्टी को मेरी ओर से हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएँ।”

The film has been earning lots and lots of laurels from all part of the world like in Thailand at The World Meet International Award 2023 she had been honoured with the Best Film award.The Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management has honoured her film with Best Film Award for her outstanding contribution to the industry through this film.Neha Bansal is also planning to submit her film for the Oscars.

Neha Bansal has been now planning to make a biopic on the God of Indian Cinema Dadasaheb Phalke, for which she has already made all the write-ups and now searching for a good Financer who will be able to manage the rest.

The Embassy of Peru in India is set to immerse visitors in the rich cultural tapestry of the Andean region with its upcoming exhibition dedicated to the iconic Pucará Bull, scheduled to be inaugurated this Tuesday, October 17th, at the Kamalnayan Bajaj Art Gallery in Nariman Point, Mumbai. This unique showcase promises to be a captivating exploration of the Peruvian artistry and heritage.

On the auspicious day of October 17, 2023, the grandeur of the show was officially unveiled under the gracious presence of Ms. Sunaina Kejriwal, the esteemed Director of Kamalnayan Bajaj Hall & Art Gallery. The event was graced by the distinguished presence of eminent Consul Generals. Among them were Mr. Edy Wardoyo, the Consul General of Indonesia,  Mr. Aleksander Danda, the Consul General of Poland, Switzerland’s Consul Generals, Mr. Martin Maier. Additionally, the event saw the honourable presence of Mr. Feroz Dubash and Mr. Milind Hardas, who was there to represent the esteemed Protocol of the Government of Maharashtra. The event was further adorned by the attendance of other esteemed members of the consular corps, including the dedicated Honorary Consuls, whose collective presence elevated the occasion to a truly global celebration of art and culture.

The exhibition, which has already toured many countries around the world, is an important part of the celebrations of the 60 years of the establishment of diplomatic relations with India. It is an exploration of the intricate world of Peruvian culture, art and spirituality. They will also be able to enjoy some of the highlights of the important De La Mata art collection of indigenist paintings.

The Pucará Bull, an emblematic symbol deeply rooted in Peru’s history, represents more than just an artistic masterpiece; it is a compelling emblem of protection, fertility and prosperity. This beautiful ceramic originates from the small town of Pucará in southern Peru, where local artisans have been crafting these ceramic sculptures for generations. The bulls, adorned with vibrant and intricate designs, traditionally stand guard on rooftops and entrances, warding off evil spirits and bestowing blessings upon the household.

Mumbaikars will be able to appreciate some of the finest of these beautiful ceramics and embark on a journey to the heart of the Andes between October 17th and 27th. Visitors to the exhibition can expect to see a diverse collection of Pucará Bulls, each with its own story to tell. From traditional representations to contemporary interpretations, this display will showcase the evolution of this iconic symbol while celebrating the skill and creativity of Peruvian artisans.

इस शुक्रवार को रिलीज होगी निर्माता रत्नाकर कुमार और खेसारी लाल यादव की बहुचर्चित भोजपुरी फिल्म संघर्ष 2

निर्माता रत्नाकर कुमार ने ग्लोबल स्टार खेसारी लाल यादव फिल्म ‘संघर्ष 2’ इसी शुक्रवार 20 अक्टूबर को सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज होने वाली है। जिसको लेकर फैंस में बजबजा हुआ है। लोगों में खेसारी लाल यादव की दीवानगी देखी जा सकती है। खेसारी के फैंस ये जानने को बेकरार है कि संघर्ष 2 में खेसारी कैसे देश की रक्षा करेंगे।

हाल ही में फ़िल्म का नया ट्रेलर रिलीज किया गया था, जिसे दर्शकोक अच्छा प्रतिसाद मिला है। ट्रेलर में देशभक्ति का जज़्बा साफ साफ नजर आ रहा है। यह फिल्म 20 अक्टूबर को पूरे भारत के सिनेमाघरों एवं मल्टीप्लेक्स में प्रदर्शित की जाएगी। उसके एक सप्ताह पहले ही फिल्म एक और ट्रेलर वर्ल्डवाइड रिकॉर्ड्स भोजपुरी के ऑफिसियल यूट्यूब चैनल पर रिलीज किया गया, हर किसी के लिए सरप्राइज है। यह ट्रेलर देखने से फिल्म संघर्ष2 के प्रति उत्सुकता और भी ज्यादा बढ़ गई है। ट्रेलर में काफी कुछ नया देखने को मिला है। फिल्म डायरेक्टर पराग पाटिल का डायरेक्शन काबिले तारीफ़ है। खेसारी लाल यादव और उनकी बेटी कृति यादव का एक साथ बोला गया डायलॉग दिल को छू रहा है। विनीत विशाल का खल अभिनय और संवाद का अलग ही अट्रैक्शन है। मेघा श्री और माही श्रीवास्तव इस फ़िल्म से दर्शकों पर अमिट छाप छोड़ने वाली हैं।

गौरतलब है कि बहु प्रतीक्षित फिल्म ‘संघर्ष 2’ में खेसारीलाल यादव, मेघाश्री और माही श्रीवास्तव के जबरदस्त किरदार देखने को मिलेंगे। फिल्म में खेसारी का किरदार एक दो नहीं बल्कि कई खलनायकों से लोहा लेते दिखाई देगा। संघर्ष-2 एक बिग बजट की फिल्म है। दुर्गा पूजा के दिन यह फिल्म रिलीज होगी।
