The exhibition “Harmony in Hues” by renowned artist Deepak Patil is being held at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai, from January 1 to 7, 2024. Deepak Patil has been practicing realistic paintings for many years, gaining dominance in the field with his realistic depictions influenced by various mediums. Despite the challenges of using oil, acrylic and watercolors, Patil has excelled, captivating art enthusiasts with intricate details in his realistic artworks.

This show was inaugurated on 1st January 2024  by the Honorable Guest Mrs. Yamini Yashwant Jadhav (MLA Byculla) in the presence of Mrs. Rimple Bhavesh Parekh Designated Partner Shaurya Arts LLP.

Notably, Deepak Patil’s expertise extends beyond realistic paintings and nature art; he has successfully utilized mixed media and watercolors to depict the rich cultural life of Rajasthan. His unique approach to portraying the distinctiveness of the region within the realm of art has garnered widespread admiration.

Patil’s art transcend even in challenging mediums like oil, acrylic, watercolors, he has left an indelible mark. His exceptionally detailed depictions of the Himalayan landscape, rich in nature and spirituality, showcase his mastery in watercolor and mixed medium. The unique use of colors in his paintings has resonated well with art connoisseurs, making this exhibition a display of unparalleled discovery.

In addition to his prowess in traditional art, Deepak Patil has made notable contributions to the field of animation. From projects like “Hanuman” and “Sherlock Holmes” to studios such as “Silvertune,” “Crest,” and “Illusion” in Mumbai, as well as working on serials like “King” through “Escortoon” in Delhi, Patil has left an imprint in the animation industry.

Focusing solely on the canvas, Patil’s art became a symphony of colours, captivating art lovers globally, In 2019, at the ‘Olympia Art’ International Competition, India, led by Patil, secured first place and a gold medal in ‘Composition and Landscape,’ triumphing over Russia.

Since 2007, Patil has dedicated his full time to the world of art. He is an active member of Sanskar Bharati organization. He has participated in the spot landscape study tour organized by Art Society of India  under the guidance of Shri Vasudeo Kamath and  Vijay Aachrekar (eminent artists). Deepak Patil has earned accolades in national and international competitions.

प्रमोद शास्त्री बने रहे तीसरे वर्ष भी बेस्ट डायरेक्टर

भोजपुरी फ़िल्म डायरेक्टर प्रमोद शास्त्री बेहतरीन फ़िल्म की मेकिंग करने के लिए जाने जाते हैं, जोकि किसी मिसाल से कम नहीं होती है। उनके फ़िल्म निर्देशन प्रति ईमानदारी की हर कोई कायल है, इसी बदौलत उन्हें तीसरी बार भी भोजपुरी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री का बेस्ट डायरेक्टर का अवार्ड देकर सम्मानित किया गया है।

गौरतलब है कि भोजपुरी सिने इंडस्ट्री का प्रतिष्ठित भोजपुरी फिल्म अवॉर्ड में निर्देशक प्रमोद शास्त्री को एक बार फिर से सर्वश्रेष्ठ निर्देशक के अवार्ड से नवाजा गया। उन्हें यह अवार्ड उनकी भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘आन बान शान’ के लिए मुम्बई में आयोजित 18वें भोजपुरी फिल्म अवॉर्ड्स 2023 के समारोह में दिया गया। जिसके आयोजक व संस्थापक विनोद गुप्ता हैं।

बता दें कि इससे पहले साल 2021 में प्रमोद शास्त्री को बेस्ट डायरेक्टर का अवार्ड भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘छलिया’ के लिए मिल चुका है। सरस सलिल भोजपुरी अवार्ड में भी फिल्म छलिया के लिए 2021 में बेस्ट क्रिटिक्स निर्देशक का अवार्ड मिला था। साथ ही उन्हें साल 2022 भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘प्यार तो होना ही था’ के लिए भी सर्वश्रेष्ट निर्देशक का अवार्ड मिला था। वहीं प्रतिष्ठित दादा साहब फाल्के फाउंडेशन अवार्ड में भी उन्हें बेस्ट डायरेक्टर भोजपुरी चुना गया था।

इन तीनों भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘छलिया’, ‘प्यार तो होना ही था’ और ‘आन बान शान’ में युवा दिलों की धडकन सुपर स्टार अरविन्द अकेला कल्लू मुख्य भूमिका में थे। प्रमोद शास्त्री निर्देशित यह तीनों फिल्म बेहद सराही गयी थी, जिसके लिए प्रमोद शास्त्री के निर्देशन की प्रशंसा की गयी। यही वजह है कि उन्हें लगातार तीन साल से बेस्ट फ़िल्म डायरेक्टर के अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया गया है। जोकि बहुत खुशी की बात है।

आपको बता दें कि सर्वश्रेष्ठ निर्देशक का अवार्ड पाने के बाद प्रमोद शास्त्री ने कहा कि ‘कोई भी अवार्ड आपके हौसले को बढ़ाता है, साथ ही और भी बेहतर करने की प्रेरणा देता है। मैं इसके लिए 18वें भोजपुरी फिल्म अवॉर्ड्स 2023 और ज्यूरी मेम्बर का शुक्रिया करता हूं। जिन्होंने हमारी फिल्म को और हमारे काम को सराहा। यह मेरे लिए ख़ास है और मैं विश्वास दिलाता हूँ कि आगे आने वाले दिनों में और अच्छी से अच्छी फ़िल्में लेकर आउंगा।’

फिलहाल प्रमोद शास्त्री ने अभी हाल में उत्तर प्रदेश के कुशीनगर में मनीष चतुर्वेदी, अंजना सिंह, ऋषभ कश्यप गोलू, श्रुति राव स्टारर भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘भइया हमारे राम हवे भउजी हमारी सीता’ की शूटिंग पूरी किये हैं। इसके अलावा उनकी बतौर निर्देशक आने वाली भोजपुरी फिल्में ‘दत्तक पुत्र’, ‘भइया मेरे राखी के बंधन को निभाना’ हैं। वे बैक टू बैक कई नई और बड़े बजट की फिल्मों की शूटिंग शुरू करने वाले हैं।

डायरेक्टर ऎक्टर नरेश चंद की हिंदी फीचर फ़िल्म “लाइट इन डार्कनेस” जल्द होगी रिलीज़

बहुत जल्द रिलीज़ होने जा रही हिंदी फीचर फ़िल्म लाइट इन डार्कनेस एक ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट फीचर फिल्म है जिसका क्लाइमेक्स कलर में है। हिंदी के अलावा अंग्रेजी के भी कुछ संवाद हैं। फ़िल्म का निर्देशन, लेखन और निर्माण नरेश चंद द्वारा किया गया है।

यह फ़िल्म अपनी मां की मृत्यु के बाद जॉन नाम के एक लड़के की कहानी है और जूलिया नाम की एक लड़की की स्टोरी है जिसके पति की मृत्यु हो गई है।

स्वागतम् स्क्रीन प्रोडक्शन के बैनर तले बनी इस फ़िल्म के कलाकार हैं नरेश चंद और जूलिया साथ ही विवेक, शिव, अंचल, पूर्वी हैं। संगीतविवेक अस्थाना का है डी.ओ.पी. शेखर जैन हैं कला निर्देशक सुरेश पांडे हैं। बेस्ट एक्सपेरिमेंटल फिल्म अवार्ड इस को कॉटन सिटी इंटरनेशनल फिल्म फेस्टिवल 2023 में मिला है। यह फीचर फिल्म जल्द ही ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म पर रिलीज होगी।

Sandeep Marwah As Special Guest At Slovenia’s National Day Celebration

New Delhi: Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Chancellor of AAFT University of Media and Arts and Chair for the Indo-Slovenia Film and Cultural Forum, was accorded the esteemed position of special invitee at the National Day Celebration of the Republic of Slovenia. The event took place at Hotel ITC Maurya and was hosted by the Embassy of Slovenia in India.

Establishing a robust relationship with the Embassy of Slovenia since 2014, Dr. Sandeep Marwah has played a pivotal role in fostering cultural ties between India and Slovenia. The Indo-Slovenia Film and Cultural Forum, initiated in 2016, has become a cornerstone for numerous collaborative events, showcasing the strong bond between the two nations. Dr. Marwah, the founder of Noida Film City, expressed his satisfaction with the joint efforts, citing the active participation of the Republic of Slovenia in major global events such as the Global Film Festival, Global Festival of Journalism, Global Fashion Week, and Global Literary Festival.

Her Excellency Mateja Vodeb Ghosh, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to India, highlighted the strength of their relations with India, stating, “Our relations with India are very strong, and we are enhancing the scope of our collaboration every year.” The sentiment was echoed by Meenakshi Lekhi, Union Minister for State in the Ministry of External Affairs and Culture, who graced the occasion as the chief guest.
