रामबहादुर राय ने कहा कि रघु ठाकुर के लेखों का गहराई से अध्ययन के बाद वे देश में दो बातों की विशेष जरूरत अनुभव करते हैं। पहली तो यह कि गांवों को जिला प्रशासन के चंगुल से निकाला जाये। दूसरा यह कि जनप्रतिनिधियों के नैतिक चरित्र की वापसी के लिए सांसद निधि समाप्त की जाये।

अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में रघु ठाकुर ने कहा कि हिन्दुस्तानी संसद के चरित्र को बदलने के लिए जरूरी है कि संसद गरीब के साथ एकाकार हो । जो सांसद निधि आमदनी का जरिया बन गयी है उसकी समाप्ति की जरूरत है।भारतीय लोकतंत्र की रक्षा के लिए कई स्तरों पर प्रयास की जरूरत है। पहला तो यही कि हमें हर गलत काम के लिए ‘ न ‘ कहना सीखना होगा। देश में हर प्रकार की कट्टरता समाप्त कर संवाद का वातावरण बनाने के साथ इस तरह के चुनाव- सुधार की जरूरत है कि गरीब आदमी भी चुनाव लड़ सके और वह अमीरों के कहे मुताबिक किसी कागज पर दस्तखत के लिए मजबूर न हो। राजनीतिक दलों में आंतरिक लोकतंत्र की जरूरत है। समाज में नैतिकता रहेगी तभी संवेदनशीलता बढ़ेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि मतभिन्नता लोकतंत्र में होती है पर लोकतंत्र का असली मर्म है मतभिन्नता में संवाद। आज समाजवाद के लिए यह जरूरी हे।

राज्यसभा सदस्य संजय सिंह ने कहा कि एक स्वस्थ लोकतंत्र में परस्पर असमहमति के बात भी चर्चा चलती रहती है। देश में पूंजीवाद को समाप्त करने के लिए कुटीर उद्योगों को प्रोत्साहित करने की जरूरत बताते हुए उन्होंने कहा  कि महात्मा गॉंधी का रास्ता ही खुशहाली का रास्ता है।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष हृदयनारायण दीक्षित ने कहा कि रघु ठाकुर के लेखों को पढ़ने के बाद हमें यह बात समझ में आती है कि हमें अतीतजीवी अस्मिताओं को समाप्त कर राष्ट्रीय भारतीय अस्मिता कायम करने की जरूरत है जिसे जर्मन विद्वान मैक्समूलर ने अपनी रचना ‘ भारत से हम क्या सीख सकते हैं ‘ भारत की विशेषता कहा है।

हरिजन सेवक संघ के उपाध्यक्ष लक्ष्मी दास ने कहा कि महात्मा गाँधी के आदर्शों के प्रति आस्थावान रघु ठाकुर जैसे लेखकों का अब अकाल होता जा रहा है।

पुस्तक विमोचन समारोह में कांस्टीट्यूशन क्लब में उमड़े श्रोताओं व खचाखच भरे सभागार को देखकर उत्तरप्रदेश विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष हृदयनारायण दीक्षित ने कहा कि उन्होंने पुस्तक- विमोचन के अनेक आयोजन देखे हैं पर इतनी बड़ी संख्या में श्रोता कभी नहीं देखे।

Hi ,

Tell us about your self and journey as singer so far?

I am Touqir Ali From Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir. I have completed my graduation (BSc) from GDC Bhaderwah as well as I have Graduation (BA) in music now I’m pursuing Masters in Hindustani classical music.

Who is your Idol in Singing and What you follow to sing?

I started my musical Journey when I was in College. Masood sir is my first Musical Guru then Rajid sir & Ravi sir. I have given many intrastate & interstate auditions in which maximum I win. Choona hai Asmaan is a recent one where I perform with Famous Bollywood singer Shaan sir. Then I performed with pankaj udas ji on another platform. I have sung in Beats of J&K &  webseries AZADI.

My idol is one and only SUKHWINDER SINGH JI. I was only in classical when I began, along with auditions I started Sufi, bollywood, romantic, gazals & recently I have recorded a Marathi song Deva Kalaji(Ajay-Atul) with Sarhad Music Production.

Tell us about your upcoming projects?

My upcoming project is a dogri Album & I’m going to sing for another bollywood webseries very soon. I have recorded some Bhaderwahi & kashmiri Songs with different productions Hope will release soon.

WHAT IS SCOPE OF SINGING IN J&K?

The scope of singing is gradually increasing day by day but still it’s not that much which is needed. We don’t have our own industry that much developed that we can complete with another industry. Our artists need support from the government to make the actual value of an artist.

From Dreams to Reality: The Inspiring Entrepreneurial Journey of Narinder Sharma

Narinder Sharma was born and raised in the village of Punyalla in the Doda district. Narinder’s professional journey began in 2016 with a network marketing company based in Jammu. “I realized how important entrepreneurship was during my time there,” Narinder recalls. “As a small village guy, I had to learn essential skills like communication, public speaking, teamwork, sales, and people skills. This experience changed my perspective on business.”

In 2021, Narinder took a significant step by co-founding his own digital marketing company, M/s Higher Web, alongside his partner Nipun verma. “We worked very hard, building a team of seven people. During 2021 to 2023, we faced a lot of challenges, but we never quit,” he shares. The turning point in his life came when he launched his second company, Glitterworld PR. In January 2024, they secured their first Bollywood project, a song titled “Laute Hai Ram,” featuring singer Udit Narayan and composer Vipin Patwa. This successful project marked a new milestone in Narinder’s career, solidifying his place in the industry.

“It’s not been easy for me, but with the grace of God, everything is going well,” Narinder says with a grateful heart.

The exhibition – “Self-Discovery via Rediscovering India” – presents the vision and select highlights of the vast domain of India Studies through original and digitised artworks, artefacts, archives, and memorabilia from the Tuli Research Centre of India Studies (T.R.I.S.) founded by Neville Tuli.

This Exhibition primarily focuses on the fields of Indian and World Cinema, Modern and Contemporary Fine and Popular Arts & Crafts, Photography, Architectural Heritage, Animal Welfare, Ecological Studies, and the Social Sciences.

Hundreds of research materials and art works are coherently integrated into an exhibition space which tries to express the vast and chaotic energy and rhythms so grasping the soul of one of the world’s greatest civilizations, where six thousand years are still clearly living and breathing in the modern and contemporary.

This Inaugural Exhibition draws on materials belonging to a single vision and collection that positions the contemporary as a living form of the ancient-medieval-modern continuum.

After a three-decade long pioneering journey and sustained search dedicated to the building of cultural institutions and their infrastructure in India, Neville Tuli will publicly share his knowledge and learning-base rooted in the arts, cinema, and their related disciplines, which finally becomes available online and offline to the world with the launch of the Research Centre and its website.

The Archives and Library which are the backbone of this Research Centre will be introduced to India through exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and conferences over the next three months, opening out a conceptual framework and curricula for the first of its kind three-year undergraduate programme for Contemporary India Studies across the world.

The critical need to meaningfully reach the arts and culture to the masses and public, not just the elite and aspirational, must be taken to the next level. Creating an India Studies educational framework is the ideal way to take this vision forward.

“The exhibition introduces one’s vision to reach out freely step by step, wide and deep, to our people, and carry to them a holistic glimpse into the heart, mind and soul of India. It is structured on three levels – the physical object, the archives, and the digital formats – and rooted within the ground and context of sixteen Research Categories which structures the India Studies framework, which my thirty years of understanding India at both theoretical and practical levels has evolved” states Neville Tuli.

जी टीवी पर‌ प्रसारित किया जा रहा और डोम एंटरटेनमेंट द्बारा निर्मित लोकप्रिय शो ‘इक कुड़ी पंजाब दी’ में अब रोमां‌स का ऐसा तड़का देखने को‌ मिलेगा कि दर्शक इस शो को देखते वक्त अपनी नज़रें नहीं हटा सकेंगे. हीर (तनीशा मेहता) को जल्द ही इस बात का एहसास हो जाता है उसे रांझा (अविनाश रेखी) से बेपनाह मोहब्बत है. हीर पर इश्क़ का ऐसा ख़ुमार छाया हुआ है कि उसे अब हर जगह पर रांझा का अक्स दिखाई देता है.
