MUMBAI:- The controversy of Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri starrer film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is not taking the name of stopping. Amit Gupta has not got the credit for the story of this film. Therefore, a complaint was lodged against all the producers of this film in the police station. The producers of the film are Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Vimal Lahoti, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Raj Shandilya and Vipul D Shah.
After the complaint in the police station, Amit Gupta started receiving threatening calls, which also included calls from international numbers. Amit Gupta says that on November 5, Karni Sena leader Surjeet Singh Rathore called Amit Gupta from an unknown number and demanded ransom from him and threatened to kill him. Whereas Amit Gupta kept saying repeatedly that he is going according to the law. On this Surjit Singh said that no one can do anything to me from the place where I am sitting.

राजकुमार राव और तृप्ति डिमरी स्टारर फिल्म ‘विक्की विद्या का वो वाला वीडियो’ का विवाद थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। इस फिल्म की कहानी का क्रेडिट अमित गुप्ता को नहीं मिला है। इसलिए इस फिल्म के सभी निर्माताओं के खिलाफ शिकायत पुलिस स्टेशन में हो गई थी। फिल्म के निर्माता भूषण कुमार, कृष्ण कुमार, एकता कपूर, शोभा कपूर, विमल लाहोटी, अश्विन वर्दे, राजेश बहल, राज शांडिल्य और विपुल डी शाह हैं।
पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत के बाद अमित गुप्ता को धमकियों के फोन आने लगे, जिसमें अंतरराष्ट्रीय नंबरों से आए कॉल भी शामिल है। अमित गुप्ता का कहना है कि 5 नवंबर को करणी सेना के नेता सुरजीत सिंह राठौड़ ने एक अनजान नंबर से अमित गुप्ता को फोन किया और उनसे फिरौती मांगी और जान से मारने की धमकी दी। जबकी अमित गुप्ता का बार-बार यही कहना था, कि वो कानून के हिसाब से जा रहे हैं। जिस पर सुरजीत सिंह ने कहा कि मैं जिस जगह पर बैठा हूं, मेरा कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता। सुरजीत सिंह ने साफ लफ्जों में कहा कि अमित गुप्ता तुझे अगर अपनी जान बचानी है तो मुझे पैसे दे। वर्ना मैं तुझे जान से मार दूंगा। करणी सेना के नेता की इस तरह से बढ़ती गुंडागर्दी से साफ जाहिर होता है कि वो दशहत फैला रहे हैं। अमित गुप्ता को खुलेआम धमकी देने वाला ये सुरजीत सिंह राठौड़ है कौन और आखिर उसके पीछे है कौन? राजस्थान से आए ये लोग गुंडागर्दी करके बॉलीवुड में क्या यूं ही दशहत फैलाते रहेंगे। सुरजीत सिंह राठौड़ की तरफ से दी गई धमकियां सारी कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग अमित गुप्ता के पास है।
अमित गुप्ता ने जान से मारने की मिल रही धमकियों की शिकायत एक पत्र लिखकर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, राष्ट्रपति, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे, उपमुख्मंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, मुंबई पुलिस कमिश्नर, जॉइंट पुलिस कमिश्नर, एडिशनल कमिश्नर ऑफ पुलिस, डीसीपी से की है और एफआईआर दर्ज कराने की मांग कर रहे हैं, उम्मीद है कि जल्दी उनकी एफआईआर दर्ज कर ली जाएगी।
अमित गुप्ता के वकील सुनील शुक्ला (एपेक्स ज्यूरिस एलएलपी के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर) ने बताया कि अमित गुप्ता के विवाद से संबंधित मेरा यह कहना है कि टी सीरीज ने अमित गुप्ता से सेटलमेंट के लेटर पर साइन करवाकर इस बात को माना है कि यह कहानी अमित गुप्ता द्वारा लिखी गई है। उसी कहानी पर फ़िल्म बनाकर उसे रिलीज़ करके अमित गुप्ता के साथ अन्याय किया गया है। न तो उन्हें मेहनताना दिया गया न फ़िल्म में क्रेडिट मिला।
अमित गुप्ता के कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू करते ही उनको धमकियों के फोन आने लगे। हो सकता है ये धमकियां अमित गुप्ता को इसलिए दी जा रही हैं ताकी अमित गुप्ता कोर्ट ना जाए और अपना केस वापस ले लें। या फिर इसके पीछे कोई और मकसद है ये तो पुलिस की जांच के बाद ही पता चलेगा।

This series made in watercolours on art paper using Gouche technique will exemplify subtle nuances of her skillful application of apt colours in thoughtful pragmatic thematic perceptions.
Swati Roy had her art education upto diploma in fine arts followed by diploma in Indian style drawing and painting from Govt. College of Art and craft, Kolkata. Then she displayed her thematic work in solo and group art exhibitions at renowned galleries all over India such as Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, Lalit Kala Academy New Delhi etc.
The present series VOY-AGE highlights subtle nuances of the thematic conceptualizations based on fundamental concepts and their skillful application via apt colour tones to suit thematic peculiarities. Her works have a magical sensibility via essence of both Indian and Western arts. Perfections in her style command over the medium and techniques adopted and expertise in presenting non figurative abstraction compositions are commendable. Her work is in the genre of classic modernism and expressionism which are bold pictorials of her deepest thought. Her faith in phenomenal nature as the ultimate source of forms and configuration, duly reflects in the creation by selection of the recollected memories of the observed contents as configuration of colour-masses with shapes defined by contour lines on dimensional pictorial surface divided into flat colour areas. These shapes and spaces being the residues of images of the phenomenal terrains, sky, land, roads, plants etc become expressive. The various contour lines with which she encloses the shapely colour masses endow the shapes with a strange kind of organic rhythm thereby rendering expressionism to the work. In a way her works are at a junction between representationalism, formalism and expressionism. She has adopted suggestive colours and common symbols upheld by plastic rhythm and inventive shapes. The insistent flowing vegetative rhythms of semi-abstract and abstract combinations find a significant place in her creations which are both eloquent and lucid as well as thematically relevant.
