Bhoomika Kalita’s dream Project ANA to thrive in Hollywood now; Collaborations at global level

Bhoomika Kalita who comes from Guwahati Assam is said to be the new face of bollywood upcoming lead actress in the film “ANA”, collaboration  project of a Hollywood Based company UVT STUDIO USA founded by Mr. Ashok Khullar and Bollywood company Don Cinema & Pen Camera International founded by Mr. Mehmood Ali

The collaboration of the film “ANA” where leading actress Bhoomika Kalita will perform the leading title role along with Anupam Kher, Zaheer Iqbal, Ravi Kishan, Gulshan Grover, and others. Film to be Directed by Shawn Arhanna. The  shooting starts in June in Vienna Austria and London UK. The film will see casts from both Hollywood as well as the Bollywood fraternity.

Having been said that Bhoomika has been under NSD guidance since her childhood under her own uncle Naba Kalita along with whom she have performed many assamese dramas, theaters and was appreciated with awards for her performances as well. Meanwhile she also emerged into Bihu dancer with great skills which took her to the next step. She performed many national and international shows and is an awardee for her talent on folk dance. Sooner her demand for shows brought her to mumbai where she got her first  bollywood promotional song of the film KOLKATA JUNCTION to perform. She was featured in the First ever Influencer show TOKERS HOUSE of DON CINEMA Ott Platform, performed with top influencers like Jannat Zubair,  Team 07 etc.

Not only Indian, in recent years she also grabbed the position to work in a Korean and also a Mexican web drama which will be releasing soon in India.

Being from a creative family background, Bhoomika has set her foot into the creative side behind the camera as well with the role of Creative Director. Films Salaam Mumbai, Victim, Prayagraj, Joker, Cold Blood etc have her name. In recent times Bhoomika has worked with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in his transgender film Haddi off camera.

As per insights, the Indian OTT platform- DON CINEMA is all set to launch its new OTT platform E CINEMA with attaching strings to the worldwide renowned Hollywood company UVT STUDIO to join the production and global releases with projects like ANA, SECRET EYES and few more.

Reports show that its Parent Company Pen N Camera LLC has been registered in the world of Hollywood, USA.

PEN N CAMERA possesses more than 2000 films and has produced & released 179 web series, over 80 films in India & 40 films internationally.

In phase 2.0 E CINEMA the app has been upgraded with the thriving demand and is about to release new original films, web series as well as reality shows.

The team is coming up with a Music label this April 2023 and an international felicitation for the same, is a new surprise on the way.

Seasons and Mosaics

The term ‘bigger picture’ evokes a certain response, which furthers the visual experience of a viewer by plunging the image into their minds, frenetically trying to draw parallels and meanings, in essence, to make sense of it. However, there is a difference in the way human beings and other animals, birds, or insects, perceive the visual world around them owing to their biological visual apparatuses which permit only certain wavelengths of light or colour to be seen. Therefore what is apparent is in bits and pieces, mosaic-like, essentially diminishing the bigger picture from discernment. Over time and with technology, the visual world has become a mosaic which builds up to create the entire visual. In today’s times, the mosaic has morphed into pixels, and nature’s unique visual algorithm can be mapped in a 1- 0 sequence by any AI. But does it capture the core truth of Nature?

As the world around us changes, so does the visual experience but in artist Hina Bhatt’s works, she attempts to hold on to that last sentience of nature’s mystique which, can never be replicated by technology – Nature’s spirit. That irreplaceable life force which courses through roots, veins, leaves and the air that one breathes, its endurance and interchangeability. Bhatt has a penchant for noticing nature in its quiet formative moments. This is made evident in her series of works ‘Ruturaj'(King of seasons) which are rendered in a nature-abstract lexicon and present to the viewer the ephemeral essence of changing seasons. Reminiscent of the 18th-19th century Baramasa poetry, these paintings capture the changeable disposition of time, in the form of abstractions of foliage and moods.

The works are rendered in oil on canvas and present a perspective of moods, often expressed using colours which are vibrant or subdued, playful and sombre. This oscillation between the opposites of the colour palette adds to the play of depth, light, movement and a sensorial experience which can resemble the real changes of season. Bhatt’s application of paint is vaguely reminiscent of the Impressionists who aimed to capture the characteristic essence of a scene, focusing on the way light changes the nature of an object and makes it anew. Bhatt’s skill seems to warrant such commendation too, as one looks at these works intently, one could experience a fleeting movement of the foliage. It has to be attributed to the impasto brush strokes, especially when they lead the eye around the work and a mental journey all at once.

In the other suite of works titled ‘Roots and Bonds’, the artist changes the medium to pen on canvas, focusing the visual on specific figurations and intended meaning. Here the visual focuses upon the roots of old trees, which clasp at the earth with all their might, almost inseparably. Over this finely penned backdrop, Bhatt paints patch-worked parchment-like pieces, sewn together roughly, as a metaphor for binding. The concept is about roots, of trees, of people, of motherlands, of minds, of belonging, of love and of finding that one deep connection with something or someone to make one’s life purposeful. The works also could be seen as motifs which hold a picture together, the picture could be a reality or a person’s own reality, which is fragmented by the roles one plays in life, but is held together precariously only because of the rooted knowledge and spiritual essence of their core values. Unmoored by these precariously sewn threads, the parchments stand alone, meaningless and perforated by the inevitability of ignorance, as seen in one of the works.

There is a certain invisible connection between these series, Ruturaj and Roots and Bonds; visually they could only share the hints at nature and nature’s muses as a trigger, yet both the works segue into one another seamlessly when one considers the true nature of the human mind which perceives it. For Bhatt, nature is the real teacher, the guide, the philosopher, and when she chooses to engage with nature in the simplest of ways possible, she encounters its beauty, its playfulness through seasons, its hide-and-seek games with sunlight and wind, its unique scripts in the shadows its throws on the grounds, its aromas and its textures which fill her with a sense of oneness with nature. Such an engagement possibly gave rise to the Ruturaj series as it is evident from the quintessence of the series, yet, the Roots and Bonds series becomes the marrow of the artist’s intense engagement and her taking that experience forward through interpretations of said experiences. The Roots and Bonds series brings the mind back to the origins, to the reality of today’s fragmented lives, to the piece-meal existences, to the speed of living and dying, to the authenticity of human existence, to their roots and lack thereof, hence the mosaic-like life.

Bhatt’s works take the viewer on a journey of outer and inner realms, some are beautiful vistas never experienced before, and others are like looking at mirrors which have not been looked into for ages. This dual facet of her works and her addressal of human life through Nature as a leader brings out the purpose of such practice – to redefine the inherent unity of humans, flora and fauna alike. One cannot exist without the other. Artist Hina Bhatt seems to articulate this by trying to fit the mosaic pieces of life itself in her works, recreating a better, bigger picture with definition and clarity for the future.

Grand Trailer Launch Of Hindi Film BERA EK AGHORI

The trailer launch of Film Production House Dhiraal Entertainment Presents Hindi film “Bera-Ek Aghori” held in a grand way at Country Club, Mumbai where the entire team including Producer Raju Bharati, lead actors Prem Dhiraal, Shakti Veer Dhiraal and actress Prajakta Shinde were present. Here the trailer and songs of the film were shown which was liked by all.

Satish Pujari (Distributor Audio Lab), Rajeev Ruia Director, Actress Sweety Chhabra, Producer Director K .S Malhotra, Actor Dinesh Lamba, Actress Shilpa Chaudhary, Actress Mahak Chaudhary, Actress Komal Soni etc were present here as Chief Guest on this special occasion.

The trailer launch event of Bera Ek Aghori began with Ganesh Vandana. Then all the artists and guests were honored by giving bouquets. Singer and anchor Sonali Mishra, the host of the event created a different atmosphere as soon as she entered the stage, the film is releasing in theaters worldwide on 28th April.

Flm producer Raju Bharati told that this film is the first attempt of all of us and we are very excited about its release. The concept and subject of the film is unique. Truth triumphs in the end, this is the message in the film. This Hindi movie starred Shakti Veer Dhiraal and Prem Dhiraal in lead roles. The songs of the film are sung by Nakash Aziz, Shahid Mallya and Vaishali.

Shakti Veer Dhiraal who is playing the lead role in the film said that “Bera Ek Aghori” is a horror cinema with full spice of entertainment. Along with horror, romance, thrill, suspense, the film also has good music. It has two dancing songs. While Shahid Mallya has lent his voice to a romantic song. There are songs in the voices of singers like Nakash Aziz too.

Prem Dhiraal told that the story line of Bera Ek Aghori and its presentation is wonderful, the audience will definitely like the film. A lot of animation and VFX have also been used in the film.

While thanking Prem-Shakti, actress Prajakta Shinde said that they gave me such a big opportunity in this film, thank you for this. The story of the film Bera Ek Aghori is quite different. The concept of the film is unique. I hope the film will be a hit. My character is also very interesting.

Many celebrities attended the trailer launch as special guests, including Satish Pujari, director Kuldeep Malhotra, actor Dinesh Lamba, actress Sweety Chhabra, actress Shilpa Chaudhary, actress Mahak Chaudhary, actress Komal Soni and film distributor etc. Everyone appreciated the trailer of the film and said that the way the name of the film is unique, its subject is also new. It doesn’t look like this is the first film of this team. All the guests congratulated and wished the entire team of the film Bera Ek Aghori.

When we engage in the arts, we dip into our souls to discover deep pools of wonder, breath-taking gifts of beauty, and quiet revelation. As we create, we are invited into playfulness, poignancy, and surprise-energies that renew us and revitalise our sense of purpose.

Overlapping geometric floating planes have always been my preoccupation. After establishing my signature style-rhythmic waves of floating figures and forms merging into one another in a harmonic symphony, I felt an urge to explore a new vocabulary. As such, change, transition and revisiting one’s core are an indispensable part of an artist’s journey and also integral to my artistic endeavour.

Through my recent suit of works I seek to explore the realms of mythology, folklore, innocence and the vibrancy in beauty that are present all around us. These ephemeral images engage the viewer in a silent discourse into the dimension of transcendent reality. The past, present and future emerge as a flux of transitory shapes caught in overlapping layers of experience.

Rich tapestry of symbolic forms have been weaved in these paintings. Shri Dattatreya, the Indian god with three heads. appear as the central figure in my works. However, rather than exploring his divine aspect I focus on representing the god as the transient quality of human mind, the tender, the preserving and tough. Similarly, cows and birds are the constant recurring motifs in my works. Cows, indicate the creative and nurturing aspect of nature, whereas birds indicate the fleeting quality of the human mind.

In a mix of figurative and abstract renderings, my paintings project delightful dramas with undertones a sublime ambience. I carefully create layers to build astonishing tones and textures that give these works a peculiar radiance. I employ a palette dominated by the blue of the mountain sky, ochre and crimson complemented by the muted shades of the midnight grey, the spring green and the muddy brown and highlight them with sharp, percussive strokes of mellow, placid hues.

In total, these images create multi-layered crystalline narratives that present luminous tales, mesmerise the viewer, touch their hearts and stir their souls.

JYOTSNA SONAVANE  

As an artist, my best work comes from the deepest place inside of me which fulfils the need to create. Painting thus becomes an inward journey for outward expressions I have always considered painting as a discrete language, not of words but of perception, feelings and beliefs. My paintings are impressions of the internal aspects of my life. These images of internal struggles of life. In essence, I am finding myself.

Living in an artistic family. I was exposed to art conversations every day. However, it was only until a few years ago that I developed the courage to express my thoughts, dreams, memories and aspirations through art. Art has the power to heal and transform. When I discovered just that, I knew I had to dedicate my life to making others feel “something” when in the presence of my art.

I like to work with the abstract language of lines and colours because the compositions continuously evolve and acquire new meaning as time passes and the perspective of the viewer changes. My inspiration comes from the colours and forms found in nature. I employ a variety of self-discovered techniques to create abstract paintings that mimic things we see in nature like stone, petrified wood, flowing rain water. My work is alive with emotion through the movement of the brushwork and the luscious layered colours. Much like memories, each painting is filled with layer upon layer of paint, building a rich history into each piece.

Being a self-taught artist, I devote a lot of time on observing, perfecting my skill with practice and continuous learning. I create through intuitive responses while engaged with the work. The process is completely organic and spontaneous. However, irrespective of what I feel at the time of painting, my constant pursuit is that the viewer experiences sheer delight in the presence of my works.

Sometimes, a rainbow of colours emerges from the onyx, whereas at times, an epoch passes by in the golden light and every time, hope wins over despair, I am aspired to start all over again. Where words and ideas end, my creative process begins, my internal landscape comes forward, I work intuitively, drawing from this vast boundless space from inside as well as outside.

Sandeep Marwah Honoured for His Contribution to India UK Relations

Noida: In a ceremony held in Noida during 11th Global Festival of Journalism, Lord Remi Ranger of House of Lords British Parliament and the Chairman of the British Asian Trust, honoured Sandeep Marwah for his significant contribution to strengthening the relationship between India and the UK through art and culture.

Lord Ranger commended Marwah for his tireless efforts in promoting Indian culture and heritage through his work as a filmmaker and media personality. He also acknowledged Marwah’s role in fostering greater understanding and collaboration between the two countries in the areas of education, business, and tourism.

Marwah, who is the founder of the Asian Academy of Film & Television and the Marwah Studios, expressed his gratitude to Lord Ranger and emphasized the importance of cultural exchange in building stronger ties between nations. Culture and tourism of 28 states of India, culture and tourism of 7 states of UAE were represented in Dubai through fashion shows. Kalyanji Jana is going to do the next project through this Organization. DPIAF Bollywood Cricket League (BCL) on 24th October 2023. This is going to be a great cricket league, it is going to be a unique league for the first time in the world. For the first time in history something new is going to happen. Generally, you must have seen that the boys’ team is separate in the match and the girls’ competition is separate. This is going to happen for the first time where out of 11 players, there will be 5 female players and 6 male players.

This is a unique concept. There will be 7 different teams which have never played together. In this there will be 11 influencers of Instagram, 11 builders, 11 businessmen, 11 media persons, two teams of 11 players each of TV stars, one team of film Bollywood stars. In this way players from many Fields will get a chance to see in one tournament. It will be exciting to see a team consisting of male and female players. In the ground, Cheers Girls will present the culture tourism of 28 states of India, where girls will cheer wearing the costumes of 28 states. There will also be chair girls from the seven states of the UAE. This is a great concept of Kalyanji Jana. The event will take place in Dubai on October 24th and 25th

Also there is going to be DPIAF- BCL International Iconic Award, DPIAF- Miss & Mrs India and Dubai Cultural International Fashion Show. and St. Mother Theresa University Australia Honorary Doctorate Award Function.

Along with this, DPIAF is bringing an excellent award show on 24th May in Delhi, namely 4th Nari Shakti Icon Achiever Award 2023, 2nd Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Noble Peace Award 2023, 3rd DPIAF – Iconic  Award Delhi 2023.

It is going to be 3 award shows. The name of the first award is Nari Shakti Icon Achiever Award 2023. 95 women are being honored in this show. Women from different fields are being felicitated from all over India. Where 25 women MLAs, 12 women ministers, 7 women MPs will be present there. Apart from this, women associated with social work, media, business will be honored.

Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Nobel Peace Award 2023 will be awarded to those people who have worked in the progress and development of the country. Those who are working for the betterment of the country will be rewarded.

Apart from this, he will be awarded the DPIAF- Iconic Award Delhi, which has done good work for the society and in the film industry. Three such beautiful programs were held in Delhi last year and this year also it will be held in Delhi on 24th May. Where many Bollywood stars, MP, Minister, MLA will be present as guest of honour.

Shri Dadasaheb Phalke’s picture must be there in all the studios, for this Kalyanji is trying to do. When the film starts in the theatres, a photo of him should come after the national anthem. He is also making efforts in this direction. His statue is going to be built soon in all the states including Maharashtra, Assam, Guwahati, Because of this, Kalyanji Jana is becoming very famous among the people, Kalyanji Jana, who has fame as “Garibo ke actor” has made a name for himself in Dubai.
